Kevin's Birthday

Kevin turned 26 on June 13th. We went to the beach (post to come) with friends for his birthday for 4 days. When we got home I had him a Cheesecake Birthday Cake. (He would rather have cheesecake than regular cake any day of the week.)

Happy Birthday Love!

Caroline Turns 2!!

Happy Birthday to my niece Caroline! She turned 2 on June 10th and we had a party the weekend before. Her party was Elmo themed. She just got the hang of these little blowers when I was taking her picture.

The Birthday girl with her Uncle Kevin and Aunt Lauren. She loves her Uncle Kevin!
For her we got, a cute little dog that blows bubbles out of this mouth when you hold the handle and then we got her a Mrs. Potato Head! Mrs Potato head came with a whole purse full of extra parts. Too cute!! When Caroline opened it she said, "Oh wow!" This coming out of a 2 year old's mouth was pretty cute.
She had fun playing with the balloons and as one of her presents she got a walking, talking, singing, tickling, Elmo. She loved it!

Dr. and Mrs. Whitworth

On June 5th we went to a wedding for one of the Doctors I work for. This is Dr. Whitworth and his new wife Lindsay. Arn't they just a cute couple?!

This is Dr. Stronach and I having too much fun at the reception. The reception was held at Workplay downtown. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious.

Me and some of the girls I work with danced the night away. I didn't get to gather a group shot of everyone from work.

They left in this beautiful classic car. Congratulations Chase and Lindsay on a wonderful life together!!!

My Husband's new Love Affair

My wonderful husband, since he was a little kid, has wanted his OWN 4-wheeler. For, literally, EVERY Anniversary, Birthday, Valentines Day, Christmas, and any other gift giving holiday you can think of, he has asked me or his parents for a 4-wheeler. Well I knew that there was no way that I could buy it for him. So, when he started his new job the first thing he bought himself was this wonderful new toy! Can't you see the Joy on his face?? (And believe me, my husband doesn't enjoy taking pictures)

BEFORE - this is the 4-wheeler before....A 2009 Honda Foreman
A couple of days after he had brought it home, we were going out to eat dinner with some friends. I was calling Kevin's name to tell him I was ready and I couldn't find him anywhere. I went downstairs to wait in the car and I heard a noise in the garage. I turn the corner and there is Kevin sitting on the 4-wheeler with the biggest smile on his face just staring at me! haha! It was too cute! He was so excited! It was like a little kid on Christmas Day.
AFTER- Now he has put 2 inches of lift and new, specifically for mud, tires. We love it!! This is my kind of stuff too. It is something that we can do together and its lots of fun! I guess I should be glad that its this and not a woman! ha!

Maggie Elizabeth Walker

Meet Maggie Elizabeth Walker! Isn't she beautiful? She was born on 5/16/2010 weighing 7# and 1 oz.
This is her mommy, Sarah! I managed to get a great picture of mom, but dad eluded me and the camera. Apparently he's "camera shy" and hates taking pictures. ha!

When I went to visit her she had just finished nursing and she wasn't even thinking about taking a nap because her belly was full. She was wide awake with those big eyes just looking around at the world. It was such a joy to see because most newborns would rather keep their eyes shut.

Congratulations to Sarah and Eric! Maggie is just beautiful and I cant wait to watch her grow up!

Ashley's Wedding Shower

About a month ago we had a Bridal Shower for one of my great friends that I have known since High School. Now, she is married and carries the new last name of Kimbrel!!! I am so excited for Ashley, and that she has found that perfect man for her and KiKi. This is a picture of the Bride and all of her hostesses. Brittany was gracious enough to welcome us into her home and host the event.

A few of us went out after the shower and had a few margaritas! I love these girls! Below "was the" Bride-to-Be with all of the great gifts that she received! I don't have any pictures from the wedding. So, Congratulations Ashley and Jeremy Kimbrel! We Love You!
